Something thoughtful

Have another practical idea that adds to the attendee experience? Let’s discuss what fits the meetup and the venue.

Your support. A place in the conversation.

People remember the companies that help bring their community together. Sponsoring dinner or refreshments puts your brand alongside a useful, welcoming evening for people interested in Microsoft cloud, Windows 365, AI and endpoint management.

This first meetup is intentionally small: up to 50 registrations, two Microsoft MVP speakers and time to talk before, between and after the sessions. It’s an opportunity to build familiarity and relationships with a relevant technical community.

What your sponsorship can include

  • Visibility before the event. Your logo, a short introduction and a link to your website on the event page.
  • A public thank-you. A LinkedIn sponsor acknowledgement, with your company tagged where possible, explaining what you’re making possible.
  • Recognition on the evening. A thank-you during the welcome or closing, connected to the dinner or refreshments you’ve provided.
  • Real conversations. The opportunity for a representative to join the networking, with attendance arranged in advance within the event capacity.
  • A simple follow-up. A short recap after the meetup with the actual attendance and links to the sponsor acknowledgements.

We’ll agree on the exact recognition together before confirming sponsorship, based on what you’d like to provide and what works for the venue.

What does a good return look like?

For a first community meetup, the value is relevant visibility, personal conversations and a positive association with knowledge sharing. If your goal is to get to know Microsoft technology professionals and support their community, this is a practical way to start.

We can agree on simple measures up front: the visibility delivered, event-page link clicks where measurable and conversations your team chooses to follow up on. Attendance figures will reflect the actual evening; registrations are capped at 50. We don’t promise a sales pipeline or share attendee contact lists.

Let’s put something on the table.
